Refund & Exchange Policy

UAE Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging/box.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt. Original delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Proof of Purchase: Include the original invoice inside the parcel and reference your order number.

International Returns (Outside UAE)

• Eligible for return/exchange within 14 days in original condition.
• Customs Duties & Fees: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. If customs fees are refused, charges will be deducted from the refund.
• Refund Options: Issued via original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Incorrect / Faulty Products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact info@aberalrabie.ae immediately with your order number and details/photos of the item.

Order Cancellations & Exclusions

• Cancellations: Contact us before dispatch for a full refund. Dispatched orders must be returned (shipping fees excluded).
• Exclusions: Discounted items and items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
